On the memorable day of 15th August, 1947 India dawned to the greatest victory of freedom, paving its way for a new beginning. To mark this glorious triumph, Yuvashakti Model School celebrated Independence day with patriotic ardour on Monday 14th August, 2023.To commemorate the freedom of our nation honourable Chief Guest, Director General of Police, Tihar Jail, Delhi, Mr. Sanjay Beniwal hoisted the national flag accompanied by  Chairman, Mr. Vijay Sharma; Trustee, Mr. Shambhu Sharma; Managing Director, Mr. Kartik Sharma; Director, Mr. Harinder Kumar; Principal, Mr. Lalit Vikram Sheetal; Vice-Principal, Ms. Divya Vats, Mr.Surender Kumar and Mr. Tagore Babry.

 The event exuberated with release of tricolour balloons in the open sky of an independent India. Honourable Chief Guest took salute from proud NCC cadets of the school. Members of the management welcomed Mr. Sanjay Beniwal with various tokens of gratitude.  Principal of the school  delivered words of patriotic fervor to inspire the  students. The function went rolling with the impeccable and flamboyant performances by the Yuvaites. The eye catching and scintillating dance performances exhibited love and reverence for our beautiful motherland. After that the school choir presented an immensely sublime patriotic song. The school ground echoed with an instrumental melody. Prize Distribution Ceremony took place to acknowledge those students who brought laurels in both scholastic and non scholastic areas. Our eminent Trustee, Mr. Shambhu Sharma  congratulated everyone on this special day and enlightened all with importance of being united and to recognise the power of youth. Honourable Chief Guest inspired the students by instilling the power of confidence and encouraged them to value  ‘Freedom’ in today’s era. The program concluded with vote of thanks by respected Vice-Principal of the school. It was a  day of joy, a day to love and respect our country.
